O.N.E. - Organic New Earth - is a new, organic, certified skin
care series which will meet the demand of today's consumer for
naturalness, purity and sustainability at sensible prices. The
products have been developed by the Danish cosmetics firm Allison
A/S and is only sold by pharmacies.
In several ways, nature is today a major source of inspiration,
and there is increasing focus on sustainability, ecology and
health. The interest covers not only our food, but also very much
the body care products we use.
To meet the increasing demand for "green" cosmetics, the Danish
cosmetics firm of Allison A/S has developed a new, dermatologically
tested body care line on the basis of natural and organically grown
ingredients with extracts of among other things green tea,
pomegranate, papaya, coconut and grape seed oil.
-So far, the new, organic line includes eight nourishing and
caring face and body care products, and we plan to add even more
products, says Annette Bernth, Sales and Marketing Manager of
Allison A/S, who points out that one goal has been to create a
complete, organic skin care line at sensible prices.
-O.N.E. - Organic New Earth - only contains ingredients of
natural origin and is thus made without the use of synthetic dyes,
perfume, preservatives, and animal ingredients, Annette Bernth
points out, explaining that it has been very important to create
optimum safety, openness and credibility regarding the creams.
-Therefore, the line has been certified as organic by the
internationally acknowledged ECOCERT which makes extremely strict
demands regarding contents and consumer information. This means for
example that the packaging must clearly state the volume of organic
ingredients and naturalness in each product. This makes it easier
for the consumers to make a qualified choice.
O.N.E. is sold exclusively at the pharmacies, and the green
philosophy behind the products does not affect the prices which are
kept at a level which enables everybody to think green. One of the
ideas behind the concept is to make organic products more readily
available to a wider clientele and to eliminate the myth that the
interest in health and sustainability is only relevant for select
groups of people.
Allison A/S has more than 30 years' experience within the sale
and development of cosmetics and care products and has created
O.N.E. with emphasis both on contents and aesthetics. The packaging
is white and stringent and uses delicate symbol colours, signalling
purity and naturalness.
The line is sold by a number of select pharmacies and includes
both day and night cream, cleansing milk, skin tonic, body lotion,
shower gel, deo stick and hand lotion at prices from DKK 70 -
100.
